2.1. Regarding the Page:
– Avatar and Banner: The avatar should display the website’s logo, and the banner should contain the website’s logo.
– About Section: Provide complete and accurate information. It should include the company’s address, phone number, email, and website.
– Post 3 articles about products (the products posted should match the ones registered on the website).
2.2. Regarding the Website/Landing Page:
– All content on the website, landing page, and page should adhere to Facebook’s advertising policy and the Agency’s recommendations.
– The website or landing page must contain complete information such as the company name, address, phone number, email, terms and conditions, privacy policy, warranty policy, and shipping and delivery policy.
– The domain should not be restricted from advertising.
– It is advisable to use informative domain names (e.g., .com).
– Sales promotions should not exceed 50%.
– Time limitations: Avoid using countdown timers, one-day exclusive sales, or promotions valid for today only.
– 5-star reviews: It is essential not to have all customer reviews rated as 5 stars, as Facebook may deem this inaccurate.

3.1. Regarding Domain Policy:
– Each account corresponds to one domain. Multiple accounts can run on the same domain, but multiple domains cannot operate on one account.
3.2. Content Policy:
– The client must comply with the current Google policies: [Google Advertising Policies](https://support.google.com/adspolicy/answer).
– Adjustments should be made when notified of any violations related to the use of Nemi Ads’ accounts.
– The client accepts the content within the advertisements as well as in the related media.
3.3. Account Policy:
– Account setup fee: $500/account.
– A minimum deposit of $50/account is required for the initial setup when creating a new account. For example, if you create 6 accounts simultaneously, a minimum of $300 should be deposited. Spending is required within the first 3 days of creating a new account.
– A minimum deposit of $200/account for each subsequent deposit.
– Payment processing hours: 8 AM to 5 PM, from Monday to Friday. No payments can be processed on Saturdays and Sundays.
– Funds will be available in 1-2 hours.
– Sharing the account via another email: The process takes 1-2 hours, between 8 AM to 5 PM from Monday to Friday. No transfers can be made on Saturdays and Sundays.
– Transferring funds to another account or withdrawing money: The process takes 1-2 hours, between 8 AM to 5 PM from Monday to Friday. No transactions are processed on Saturdays and Sundays.
– In cases where the account becomes inoperative, the client will be charged an additional 5% for the expenditure on that account, starting from the 1st day of the same month when the account is locked.
For example, if the account is locked on the 25th of May and the client has $1,000 remaining, Nemi Ads will transfer $900 to the client’s new account and initiate an appeal 3 times. After the 3 appeals, the remaining $100 will be transferred to the client’s new account.
– In the event that the account becomes inoperative but the client has not spent all the funds they deposited, Nemi Ads will initiate an appeal 3 times. Nemi Ads will transfer the remaining funds to another account of the client within 24 hours, keeping $100. The retained $100 will be transferred after the 3 appeals, as it is held by Google.
For example, if the client’s account is locked and they have $1,000 remaining, Nemi Ads will immediately transfer $900 to the client’s new account and initiate an appeal 3 times. After the 3 appeals, Nemi Ads will transfer the remaining $100 to the client’s new account.
– Account review time: Within 24 business hours from the date when the client completes and prepares the domain (counting from the last submission, not including editing time).
– Registration for Account Reg Product: The account registration must adhere to the guidelines provided at the following link: [Google Docs – TikTok Account Guidelines](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1bbCyu4zvwHTNmXTZdDlH86AzgR7ljyr/edit#gid=236891823).
– Account Setup Fee: Account setup is free.
– Maximum Accounts per Registration: Up to 7 accounts can be registered simultaneously. Each account registration must be accompanied by one domain (a maximum of 2). The main domain must contain content; blank domains or subdomains are not to be used for registration.
– Payment Time: Payments should not be delayed, taking only 10 seconds. Payment support is available 24/7. The quickest payment processing occurs during office hours: Monday to Saturday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. During other hours, payment processing may be delayed by 1-2 hours.
– Content Checking: No content checking is performed. If an account becomes inactive, a new account will be provided within 24 hours, and the remaining balance from the inactive account will be transferred to the new account within 5-7 days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).
– Account Provision Time: Account provisioning time is between 24-48 hours (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). This duration is calculated from the moment the client has prepared the domain.
